You Have: * 5+ years of experience with systems engineering in Verification and Validation Experience, System Architecture and Design Experience, Requirements Analysis and Management, Interface Definition and Management, or Trade Study Design and Execution* 3+ years of experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools and processes* 3+ years of experience providing direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level systems engineering staff* Experience providing systems engineering support for DoD or IC programs* Experience providing systems engineering support in an Agile development environment* Experience leading a te chn ical Team* TS / SCI clearance * Bachelor''s degree* Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Nice If You Have: * Experience with systems utilizing a cloud-based infrastructure* Experience with SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler* Experience with Requirements Management tools such as DOORS or JAMA* Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is preferred* Master''s Degree* INCOSE CSEP or ESEP certification* Agile certification* Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS / SCI clearance is required.
