Caters to client''s individual care plans through practice ofrecognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards. Qualifications: Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state specific license Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting spirit of cooperation with team membersMust be capable of performing the EssentialFunctions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodationAccura HealthCare embraces a unique upside-down culture, putting residents and direct-care staff at the top level of the organization.
