The Technical Recruiter position will afford you the opportunity to control your bottom-line based on work ethic. Contacting candidates by phone, email, social media, etc. to identify the best candidates to suit distinct client needs. Negotiating pay rates and salaries. Maintaining GTT''s proprietary applicant tracking system based on internal standards and best practices. Required qualifications for this opportunity include: Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college/university Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to ever-changing needs.
