Sr. Product Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in San Francisco. Ideal candidates will manage & continue to develop their platform. In addition, this individual will be cross-functional and able to define & translate business goals into product requirements / design specs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Product leader responsible for growing engagement & revenue for the organizationDefine / update short and long-term product roadmaps; assist with implementing sameWork to develop a focused, user-centric, metrics-driven product roadmap; one that delivers on strategic objectives & supports corporate vision.Guide cross-functional team to help define product specs, determine milestones, direct development, implementation, & evolution of new optimizations & featuresIdentify growth opportunities through quantitative research, UX studies, reviews of industry standard methodologies.Develop business cases for potential future roadmap ideas, assess the potential ROI / viability / factoring cost and resources.Advise on how to use tools/ solutions to enhance customer experience lifecycle from acquisition to re-engagement.Manage communication of initiatives to key stakeholders: weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual planning goalsManage active and future initiatives by identifying requirements and use cases, and by using solution driven thinking to resolve bugs and general concerns.Listen to customer feedbackDevelop quality rollouts with strong user engagement & a focus on customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTSVideo game industry experience is highly desiredFive+ years product management expertiseThree+ years software platform experienceOne year of web3 blockchain technology experience or moreSolid problem solving, analytical & decision-making skills.Skilled with interpreting data and trendsSkilled with troubleshooting problems, and formulating effective solutionsPeople and Stakeholder management skillsCollaborate with engineering & design to ensure that high quality functionality is delivered on time to the marketPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:May be tasked with lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs., if able to do so.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for moderate periods of time.Must be able to bend at the knees and waist frequentlyMust be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.All employment is contingent on candidates passing a background check and providing at least two positive professional references from prior managers.We are looking for local candidates only.
