Job DescriptionWork Schedule: We have inpatient and outpatient nursing opportunities in Neuro. Various shifts and work locations available. Pay: We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered, some positions also include a shift/weekend differential. UW Health has a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Program and Level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. We have opportunities for Registered Nurses in the following areas: Neuro - ICU - Work with a variety of neuroscience patients with neurological disorders and post neurosurgical cases at a Level 1 Trauma Center ranging from stroke, elective spine surgeries to brain tumors or brain injuries. Neuro - Progressive Care-IMC/ICU - Join the neuroscience team on a newly remodeled 12 bed IMC and ICU acuity adaptable unit. Work with a variety of neuro patients with neurological disorders and post neurosurgical cases ranging from elective spine surgeries to brain tumors or brain injuries. Neuro - General Care - Work on a 25 bed unit, with a variety of neuro patients with neurological disorders and post neurosurgical cases that require inpatient general care. This unit is also an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). Neuro Clinic - Contribute to a highly collaborative team and learning environment, where everyone''s voice is valued, and critical thinking and questions are encouraged. Work with the pediatric neuro population or adult neuro population with a variety of neurological conditions including headaches, movement disorders, neuropsych, neuro-oncology, stroke and several others.
