And if you are looking for advice or inspiration, you are never more than a click away from our community of automotive enthusiasts.About the RoleThe Insight Manager is on the P&A Marketplace Success team, whose charter is to grow the category by making eBay the trusted and top-of-mind destination for P&A buyers. In this role, you will build and implement P&A''s buyer retention strategy. This includes understanding our customers, assessing performance of current retention levers, acting upon optimization and/or new opportunities to reduce buyer churn. The role requires someone who understands the dynamics of two-sided marketplaces and always advocates for the customer''s needs. This person should be agile, think strategically, and collaborate well with cross-functional partners.This role will be located in the SF/SJ Bay Area.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the needs of different P&A customer segmentsBuild P&A''s buyer retention strategy, priorities, and initiativesDefine business requirements, metrics, and success criteria for the initiativesCollaborate with internal and/or external partners to conceptualize, test, and iterate solutions and meet measurable goalsAnalyze data collected from product tests and user research; use insights to inform next steps.QualificationsPassion for operating ecommerce businesses and/or two-sided marketplacesExperience with defining and implementing customer retention strategies a plusData-led approach to planning and decision making.
