You will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from ideation through requirements analysis, design and implementation. As a Lead Engineer, you will work closely with conversational interfaces, microservices/API, visualize aspects of data quality, and quantify the accuracy of product suggestions and personalization.Job responsibilities:Familiarity with development and testing using Continuous Delivery, Kanban, or another agile methodology and DevOps.Define, design, test and implement highly scalable, resilient and performant distributed systems.Mentor and lead other engineers and continuously research industry best test technologies.Work throughout all phases of the software development process independently as well as work jointly with other team members.Collaborate with architects, product management, engineering, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions adherence to development goals and principles.Design applications, produce clear, well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews.Evangelize and communicate your design, methods, and results to a community of developers, analysts, and product managers.Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentorship to develop and improve performance of individual team members and success of overall team.Strictly follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining over 80% unit test coverage and other release criteria standards.Contribute meaningfully to the success of the engineering team.Enjoy being part of a team of humble, collaborative high-achievers.Required skills / experience5+ years of software design and development experience or MS in Computer Science plus 5 years of experience, solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in problem solving and software design.4+ years of web and mobile testing experience.Can write automation testing in Java, Junit, Selenium and other internal Java-based automation frameworks for Frontend, SOA/Services and messaging components.Expert in Java language features, Object Oriented and Modular programming..Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.3+ years of Experience with RESTful service & API design at scale.2 + years of Experience in AI based chat engines and knowledge of key Industry trends and technologies in the chatbot space.3+ years of JavaScript experience.Experience building Chatbots or virtual assistants using Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework or in any popular Bot Building frameworks is a Must.Knowledge on Customer Service BOT or AI related application.Knowledge and experience of key machine learning and deep learning frameworks and commercial technologies/platforms.Knowledge of classical ML and Deep Learning Models, and libraries like scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch is a Plus.Proficient in Database design and solid understanding of RDBMS/no-SQL/Elastic clusters.Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
