DevOps Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a DevOps engineer to work with the test team to implement a DevOps pipeline for full stack application and automated processes. Additionally, the DevOps engineer will work to develop new python modules for automated control of mobile devices. This is an important customer mission enablement project which ensures the operational availability of state-of-the-art technologies and the technical expertise necessary to enhance and support customer''s investigative efforts in the Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, Criminal Investigative, and Cybercrime Programs. Required Education, Experience, & Skills *The candidate must have an Active TS Security clearance and willing to undergo a Counter Intelligence Polygraph after onboarding. Candidate will not be considered without it.The main requirement is a candidate with deep understanding of python, creative thinking to automate DevOPs processes and a willingness to adapt to whatever the customer needs. The environment can be deeply technical, chaotic and rapidly changing, so flexibility is paramount. Years of experience is somewhat open ended. A hungry developer with around 2 years of experience would do well but so would an ''out of the box'' thinker with 5 or more years of experience. In supporting this customer we have been asked to handle simple tasks like helping with management of exemplar devices up to architecting and installing a new Openshift Cluster. Attitude is a large part of being a good fit and someone who needs their job to have rigid boundaries won''t do well. We are glad to consider the right candidate whether Junior, Mid or Senior.* * Strong Python skills* Experience with test automation software products such as Appium, Selenium, ADB etc.* Knowledge of Agile Tracking Tools (Jira, Gitlab, etc)* Knowledge of DevOps Process and Pipelines* Desire to learn and be challenged on a consistent basis* Experience with desktop, mobile operating system (Android, iOS, MacOS, Windows, Linux)* Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Desired Qualifications* * Experience with automation tools like Appium.* Experience with test automation software products.* Understanding of programming concepts and how microservice architectures work together.
