QUALIFICATIONS: ? Previous custodial and building maintenance experience is preferred. ? Experience in snow removal and lawn care preferred. ? Must be able to perform general maintenance duties inside and outside the building. ? Able to perform all phases of custodial, grounds, and any other duties assigned by the director. ? Duties include but are not limited to: basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. ? Applicants must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, and able to communicate both verbally and in writing. ? Must work well with students, staff, administration, and the public. ? Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly on a consistent basis, 75+ lbs. on a somewhat regular basis. ?
