Data Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Data Analyst to support the NSWC Business Operations Support Services (BOSS) program in Crane, Indiana. Responsibilities * Perform data / requirements gathering, refinement, and analysis* Assist in determining financial strategies, structures, and processes for corporate and customer financial planning. This support will include using past financial history and information to perform trend analysis, identify costs still pending, understand customer and project portfolios, and to identify improvements to establish more effective tracking mechanisms.* Use program documents containing narrative and quantitative information about program goals, priorities, and timetables, assess current/projected workload to formulate or revise budget/operating plans for Program/Projects and/or the Division.* Provide support in reviewing all appropriated funding being expended to ensure the purpose and availability of funds meet the requirements of the appropriation cited, and the item being purchases is applicable to the description of the work.* Provide support in monitoring project/program trends and identify problem areas and program deficiencies.* Conduct analyses for the purpose of comparing planned to actual execution, detecting long/short range trends, disclosing anomalies, and identifying variances in receipts, expenditures, and workload execution. Qualifications * Associate degree in a technical field required, Bachelors in STEM major preferred* Must have an active Secret clearance* 2+ years'' experience in the field of financial management and analysis* Microsoft Excel and/or Access proficiency* Experience with the Navy''s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system At BlueWater Federal Solutions, a Tetra Tech company, health and safety play a vital role in our success.
