Baking Assistant

*Baking Assistant* Looking for a baker to join our small but growing dedicated gluten free bakery. Currently only offering part-time work with potential to become a full time position. Job description: - Production of baked goods in a small industrial bakery. - Coordinate timing and work efficiently and quickly to prepare bakery items. - Prepare recipes according to specifications. - Ensure quality items are being produced each time. - Able to work alone and independently. - Clean and organize the bakery as necessary. - Lift 50 lb bags or boxes. - Be able to stand for extended periods of time. - Experience with stand mixers, convection ovens, other general bakery equipment. - Knowledge of food handling and experience with allergen handling protocol for food safety. - Willing to work early mornings. •We are willing to train unexperienced or underexperienced hires* •* MUST HAVE OR OBTAIN CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLER CARD**
