Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment, maintains maintenance rooms, janitorial rooms, and related storage areas in a clean and organized manner to standardsPerforms routine custodial duties including cleaning, dusting, and high speed buffing and waxing of floorsPerforms grounds upkeep as needed, including landscaping, flower planting and watering, and extensive snow removal at Faith Mission and other LSS sites, during seasonPerforms general carpentry and finish work including painting (interior and exterior), patching and spackling drywall, and installing/removing flooring, etcPerforms basic plumbing workPerforms electrical repair on facility equipmentPerforms general appliance repair on facility appliances and small equipmentFlexibility to work at other LSS and FM properties/facilities as neededLutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
