Project Manager

A client in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their team. This individual will be onsite in Cincinnati, OH heavily at the beginning parts of the contract and will also have some travel to New York - after the first few months the onsite and travel will become minimal. The scope of the project includes conversions, data, data migrations from one system to other other, etc. The client is currently adopting another clients, located in New York, data. They are moving different employee information from one HRIS tool (ADP) to a new tool (Workday). Overall, massive payroll transitions from one client to the other. They are in need a a Project Manager with past Business Analysis experience who has handled multiple workstreams at one time to come in to help with this transition. Minimum Requirements8+ years total Project Management and Business Analyst experience Managed multiple various workstreams (6-10 at a time)Extensive Data Migration experience PM tool experience (Microsoft Project preferred) Desired SkillsHRIS System or HR experience ADP/Workday experience M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) experience PMP Certification
