Job Description

Mount Indie is adding a Program Management Support role to PMW 770. This role will provide support to the Principal Assistant Program Management (PAPM) and Executive Administrative Communications. As a member of this team you will, •Conduct organizational studies, evaluations and analysis of: system designs, solutions, processes and procedures. •Conduct work simplification and measurement studies. •Develop policy and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. •Apply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectives. •Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. •Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to projects and programs. •Track program/project status and schedules. •Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. •Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization. •Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences. •Specialized project management support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable project management support experience with works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties identified above independently. May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Critical Required Skills: •Ghost write emails, reports, and briefs that flow up the review chain with no rework. •Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills. •Develop plans and budgets that are realistic and executable. •Acting on behalf of government client, lead discussions to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems. •Assist the government program manager in prioritizing actions and schedules. •Coordinate the effort of subordinate APM support personnel to align efforts under the PAPM program scope area. Required Skills/Experience: •3-7 years relevant experience. •Master''s Degree desired, but may be offset with Bachelor/Associate''s degree and additional experience •Current DoD Secret Clearance with the willingness/ability to upgrade to TS/SCI •Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •Ability to learn and apply project management concepts to assigned duties. •Fluent in acting as a delegate with Calendar and Email functions in MS Outlook. •Fluent in the use of MS TEAMS (including creating and managing TEAMS work spaces), and as a page creator/manager in MS SharePoint Desired Qualifiications: •Relevant experience in the NAVWAR Claimancy a plus. •DAWIA Level III in Program Management or equivalent (e.g. PMP) - highly desired! •Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
