Operations & Planning Analyst (1st IO) Location Virginia, Fort Belvoir Department RECRUITING Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED and is actively seeking an Operations & Planning Analyst who will be seated at Ft Belvoir, VA. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the Army''s premiere cyber-red team organization responsible for providing in-depth aggressor and assessor support to Army, Joint, and Department of Defense organizations * Provide operations and planning support to the 2nd Information Operations Battalion S3. * Provide support to Command-level briefings and meetings; these include Initiatives & Engagement, Command and Staff, Operations and Intelligence Update, Executive Officer (XO) meeting, S3 Daily Huddle and Synchronization meeting, and the S3 plans meetings. * Provide support to Higher Headquarters Command-level briefs and meetings; these include ARCYBER Battle Update Briefing (BUB), ARCYBER Operations and intelligence Update, and INSCOM Battle Update Brief. * Manage day-to-day operations. * Executed planning for Cyber Red Team Missions. * Schedule and track mission and mandatory required training to completion. * Maintain battalion operations and long-range calendars. * Produce, publish, and track battalion-level orders and taskers. * Assist mission planning, mission analysis, technical analysis, and Concept of Operations development in support of all mission and operations. * Monitor unit readiness and interact with higher level command. * Interact with supported unit staffs to determine mission requirements REQUIREMENTS * Eight (8) years of experience * Bachelor''s Degree in a related field * Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; brief materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) * Work independently with minimal oversight; provide thorough and completed products * Exceptional oral and written communication skills IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
