Our health management programs are result-focused and designed to lead to a strong return on investment and a healthier workforce.Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor of iCBT, you will offer interactive cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) to a varied clientele on a digital platform. After an initial assessment conducted over the phone or through video, you will assign structured CBT modules to the client. Your responsibility will be to monitor and respond to their answers, and support the client as they progress through modules featuring videos, educational content and exercises.Benefits: Work from homeClinical supervision and peer consultation availableVaried schedule with lots of flexibilityCorporate culture focused on training and professional developmentWorking in a team setting with colleagues who meet on a regular basis for training, supervision and some social eventsResponsibilities:Work with our clinical team to onboard and learn the process of AbilitiCBT and how to administer the product most effectivelyOnce scheduled, you will contact clientele by phone to initiate the process, develop and document an understanding of their mental health condition and the factors that support or inhibit recovery as well as reviewing relevant history and reviewing safety factors and consent form reviewAssess risk and severity with the use of assessment toolsProvide any of the following interventions if required:More in-depth assessmentReferral to additional psychiatric/psychological, step-up or emergency servicesAll other related tasks.Provide follow-up of case files using the provided clinical modelsProvide quality clinical services and follow case management protocolsAdhere to our culture of continuous improvement of skills through training opportunities and participation in provided lectures/webinars/trainings and/or workshops as appropriateAttend team meetings and occasional trainings as appropriateQualifications and skills required:Master''s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling or Social WorkMust be licensed within the state in which you intend to practiceMultiple state licenses to practice is an asset5 years post-graduate counselling experience in a mental health or disability management settingCertificate, significant graduate training or course in CBT - assetExperience assigning and treating an adult population with clinical depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, social anxiety, post-partum, OCD, pain management and traumaTraining in substance use disorders is an assetA clinical based cognitive-behavioral model approach expertiseBilingualism in Spanish and English either written or oral is an assetAptitude and/or experience to manage crisis or high-risk situations (suicidal or homicidal thoughts, domestic violence, child protection, public protection)Capacity to evaluate an addiction and co-morbid conditions is an assetComputer skills (Over the phone and web-based, video-conferencing)Reliable high-speed internet is required.Quiet, private setting in which to initiate phone calls or video calls with client for their initial intakeLI-RK1ZRWhere permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.LifeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
