Job Description: The Marketing Manager, Business Services, is responsible for managing efforts to initiate and execute fully integrated and innovative marketing programs to drive awareness, create demand and foster customer retention for our market-leading Credit Risk Assessment and Customer Acquisition solutions. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, high performing marketing team supporting a high-growth advanced analytics and data technology business to promote solutions with a mandate that truly matters. The successful candidate will manage all marketing activities including, but not limited to, lead generation (direct mail, digital advertising, search, email, events and webinars), content development and promotion (blog, social, email, eBook, infographic, etc.), go to market and marketing communications. This role will navigate a matrixed environment while collaborating closely with stakeholders across functional areas to achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned solutions. The position reports to the Director of Marketing, Business Services.Accountabilities: Develop fully integrated strategic marketing plans with objectives around awareness, demand generation and retention for Credit Risk and Customer Acquisition solutions in the U.S.Execute marketing deliverables and tactics such as direct mail, digital advertising, search, email, events, social, webinars, etc.Create high impact messaging and thought leadership content such as ebooks, infographics, whitepapers and more, for web, social, blogs, video, print, etc.Coordinate industry events (tradeshows, user conferences, customer meetings and webinars) and ensure company solutions and brand are fully represented to maximize event ROI.Oversee creative development of marketing materials and coordinate promotion activities through internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors.Work with various stakeholders across the organization to support go-to-market product launches including development of communications, materials, promotions, and sales enablementManage marketing budget and work with the Analytics team to track, analyze and report marketing results per initiativeOther duties as assigned such as marketing deliverables for acquisition integration, product migrations and special projects.Qualifications4-year college degree preferably in Marketing or Business, MBA preferredA minimum of 7 years marketing experience required, B2B marketing or technology fields preferredStrong experience with digital marketing automations tools, such as Eloqua and Salesforce helpful to roleStrong competence in project management and organization with ability to handle multiple projects/deadlinesStrong attention to detailCritical thinker and problem solverHighly influential communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and partnersExperience with lead generation programs including use of marketing automation toolsProficient with content development and managementExperience with digital and direct response marketing programsAcumen in strategic planning and executing integrated marketing programs, campaigns and tacticsExpertise with event planning and activationExperience with agency management, creative oversight and contract negotiationsSelf-starter and passionate with strong bias towards driving resultsProven ability to optimize programs to meet goals using analyticsAbility to travel as necessaryBudgeting responsibilityAbout LexisNexis Risk Solutions LexisNexis® Risk Solutions harnesses the power of data and advanced analytics to provide insights that help businesses and governmental entities reduce risk and improve decisions to benefit people around the globe.
