Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all Aspire buildings and grounds, and will perform a variety of tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, general carpentry repairs and painting. This position will be required to be on rotation on-call (24/7) schedule. Some local travel required.Education/Experience/RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of two (2) years'' experience in general maintenanceKnowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry highly preferred Knowledgeable of residential and/or commercial systems components, such as HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing highly preferredFacilities experience in a mental health facility or healthcare setting preferredMust have the ability to work from a ladder, lift at least 100 lbs., operate hand and power tools (hammers, saws, screwdrivers, drills, power saws, chainsaws, etc.), and drive large and small trucks with standard or automatic transmissionsMust maintain a valid driver''s license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organizationLearn more about us at , and see our Core Values, benefits and current job listings on our Careers page.
