Business Financial Manager with Security Clearance

Reliability and Performance (R&P) Technologies is a small-sized, boutique defense contractor providing engineer, technical and industrial support services to the US Navy and commercial maritime industry. R&P is looking for a talented Business and Financial Management (BFM) professional who wants to join a mission driven organization and provide impact throughout the organization. This BFM will provide support to the management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for overall management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program.Support government execution and compliance of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cyclesSupport Financial Management Reviews, Execution Reviews, Comptroller data requests and initiatives, Audit Readiness and Compliance, and other similar data calls, to oversee compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements, using current software or web enabled processes to complete the reporting Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor''s Degree preferredHigh school diploma with over 10 years of professional experience leading a complex and high value financial team, including 5 years recent DoD/Navy financial management; Master''s Degree in a related field preferredSpecialized Experience: 10+ years of DoD Navy ACAT 1 financial management leadership; 15+ years of DoD Navy ACAT 1 financial management leadership preferredCertification preferred (not required): DAWIA Level III BFM Certification Industry equivalent; Additional certifcations in PM and CostEstimating Industry equivalent; PMP or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certificationCandidates must possess and maintain an active US Secret security clearance Please feel free to view all of our openings at: R&P Technologies provides equal opportunity for all persons and prohibits discrimination in employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), veteran or marital status, or any other factor prohibited by law.
