This is an excellent opportunity for a junior IT Services salesperson looking to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for supporting the CP with operational activities and for meeting Revenue Targets through proactive demand creation based on customer needs and business requirements.The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development and building client relationshipsEnsure customer satisfaction and revenue growth and provide delivery oversight to make sure that project deliverables and timelines are metBe the "trusted advisor" to the client and provide a mix of strategic, business, and technology guidanceBe comfortable in groups and teams and be able to understand customer''s requirements and articulate the customer''s needs internallyUnderstand and track open positions and work with the practice teams to make sure projects and open positions are staffed in timeCollaborate with both practice and delivery teams as well as with technology partnerSkills and Experience:2 to 5 years of IT Services or IT Staffing Sales experienceExperience in selling eCommerce, Marketing, and Web technologiesStrong networking and relationship building skillsAbility to set expectations with clients and provide status updates, and proactively resolve issues and roadblocksStrong written and verbal communication skills along with strong technical skillsMust be organized and have good time management skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks and track and resolve issuesMust be able to update proposals and bring proactive ideas to the tableMust have drive and determination, and while being flexible have the ability to wear multiple hats.Working at GSPANNGSPANN is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
