Licensed Social Worker, Limited Psychologist or Psychologist status preferred. We are an integrative mental health care practice that is redefining how people experience this work. Our employees are offered health benefits, wellness allowance, paid administrative time, professional development training, continuing education support, and a whole operations team to support their clinical work.ResponsibilitiesClinical Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and developing the clinical staff of Reset Brain + Body at their designated location. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision or consultation as needed to clinicians of the same discipline at their location, support clinicians in following policies and procedures and promote a positive work culture at their location. The Clinical Supervisor must have a positive and supportive approach towards Reset Brain + Body, its employees, and clients. Supervise and oversee clinicians, per a structured supervisory schedule and expected check-in itemsUnderstand and follow all policies and procedures of Reset Brain + Body as a Supervisor and clinician.Be proactive and responsible in holding clinicians accountable in note content and timeliness and overall performance of their job dutiesCheck-in as a group with other Clinical Leadership Team regarding processes and/or procedures, including proposed changes, clinical issues, professional development planning and sharing clinical successes.Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Operations Manager on improving overall client and employee experience.Other supervisory/related duties as may be assigned.QualificationsAlign with Reset Brain and Body mission, vision, and values:We are compassionate, bold, reliable and human in all we do for our teammates, clients and community.We are on a mission to redefine the mental health care experience.We envision a future where everyone has established a mindful lifestyle.Also...this person:Is detail-oriented, organized, and on top of administrative tasks.
