Technical Recruiter with Security Clearance

Gridiron IT is seeking a Technical Recruiter local to Fairfax, VA . Duties and responsibilities: * Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. * Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. * Continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering the right candidates. * Maintain up to date knowledge of business plans and the impact on proposal recruiting needs, including timing of awards, program structure, and staffing needs. * Actively contribute to proposal development by keeping the team up to date on the recruiting support and provide details on potential challenges in our efforts. * Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. * Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. * Develop new strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates. * Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that includes identification of candidates through on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and position specifications to get prospective candidates excited about the opportunity. Requirements * Education: Bachelor''s degree or higher. * 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle technical recruiter. * Knowledge of state and federal laws related to the recruitment and hiring process. * Experience building passive candidate sourcing strategies. * Strong verbal and written communication as well as organizational time management. * Strong customer service skills. * Microsoft Office and other related software. Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Experience with TS/SCI recruiting highly preferred.
