We seek professionals for our business services group who share these values.What You Will Do:The individual will collaborate with the Floor Support team to assist in resolving technical issues and maintain a functional and technically up-to-date PC/AV environment. This individual will serve as the primary set-up and repair contact for the department and will troubleshoot all computers, laptops, printers, scanners, telephones, and hardware-related issues. This position will also serve as backup for setting up and providing technology support for all conferences, events, and meetings. This includes PowerPoint/WebEx presentations, video conferencing, lectures, and panel discussions, as well as other PC/AV technologies.Essential Job Requirements: Troubleshoot and repair of IT equipment (desktop''s, laptops, and other peripherals). Deployment and set up of IT equipment (PCs, printers, phones, etc.). Perform office moves of IT equipment. Maintain hardware and parts inventory. Work with Help Desk and technical staff to identify and resolve issues relating to desktop environment. Set-up laptops and other hardware as requested for events, meetings, and conferences. Set-up and establish video conferencing sessions. Provide Audio/Video support during firm events, meetings, and conferences. Track issue and repair statuses. Provide training and assists staff with Audio/Video needs Always uphold a professional demeanor. Demonstrate an attitude of cooperation with legal staff, peers, and administrators. Accept change and work to incorporate change into daily work environment.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: A two-year degree from a college or technical school or equivalent job-related experience preferred.Basic knowledge of Audio/Video Conferencing technologies.Basic knowledge of Cisco VoIP telephone protocols.Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team.Build strong relationships with all levels of the firm.Ability to work well under pressure and can emit confidence in supporting technology.Must be able to represent oneself professionally as a representative of the firm in an array of situations, interacting with all levels of the organization and various external resources.Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills.Excellent telephone, time management and organizational skills.Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.Maintain a reliable attendance record and arrive to work in a timely manner.Must be available to work additional hours to support events.Uphold all firm policies and procedures.Office Location: Palo Alto, CASchedule: Full-time, Monday - FridayAmount of Travel Required: 20% - Centerville, UTDisclaimers:Lowenstein Sandler LLP is requiring that all prospective employees present proof that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, or seek a reasonable accommodation for religious or medical reasons, prior to their first day of employment.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities required by employee.
