BTS Program Manager: Plans, directs, oversees, and performs all technical operational and quality components of the BTS Program. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and HR management of the program; serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional direction to staff.
