Must be a new employee, current employees are not eligible for incentive.Job SummaryThe Office Assistants primary functions consist of administrative support to the Accounting Supervisor and our Receiving department. He/she will offer support by performing tasks not limited to, accounting and auditing tasks, special projects, inventory, invoicing and other specials projects and other duties as assigned.Skills/Experience Required or Preferred for JobThis position would require someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We would like someone to join our team who has great time management skills, has great attention to detail, and the ability to complete your work in a timely manner. We hope the candidate is friendly, outgoing, excellent team player willing to work with others. We hope they can offer great customer service, internally and externally, create and continue good working relationships with our vendors.
