Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. Automotive Service Advisor Job Duties: Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or maintenance of their vehicle needs and issues. Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.Create estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; including deductibles using X-Time.Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing issue, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures.Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers crease profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions.Perform active deliveries. All guest needs to be walked to their vehicles and all advisor needs to talk about the VW survey and ask to fill it out.Perform follow-up calls with all guestAutomotive Service Advisor Requirements: Excellent customer skills Organizational skills Team player Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions CDK experience is a plus 1 year Able to work on Saturdays
