This role focuses on customer retention, problem solving, and building relationships. The successful candidate must become a licensed Sales Agent upon hire and must maintain licensure during employment.Job ResponsibilitiesAccount management focusing on customer retention strategies and extending current customer contracts.Point of contact for assigned establishments within the assigned region.Responsible for advising establishments on custom marketing for advertising, promotions, and giveaways.Responsible for completing marketing request paperwork.Distributes promotions and advertising/marketing collateral within region.Delivers promotional giveaways to establishments.Responsible for compliance related tasks.Discussing machine swaps, software upgrades, and analyzing marketing and overall setup to help improve NTI.EducationB.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Qualifications and ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 1-year Marketing/Sales or Account Management experience.Demonstrated Project Management skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, managers, and across departments.Ability to travel within the region.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
