This program provides unit and bedside hemodialysis as well as CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) Care! Our Methodist location is a 14 station unit, and our University location features 8 stations. For ICU treatment, our ratio is 1:1, with our dialysis unit typically running with a 2:1 with occasional team leading of 1 tech assigned patient.Our dialysis units operate in 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm. We do require 1 Saturday per pay period and offer periodic on-call flexibility with approximately 4 per 6-week schedule.The ideal RN for this role, will have 1-2 years of experience in an acute hospital care setting, or previous dialysis experience.We offer a generous benefits package, including health and wellness, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and 401K.Qualifications/SkillsRequires an associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.REQNUMBER: 334874
