This leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership that ensures Human Resources is a trusted, proactive business partner, developing and driving the organizations People strategies that support a culture of ownership with the best people, to deliver the best experience. The VP is a member of the Regions Hospital Leadership Team supporting Regions Hospital in meeting their annual goals and is also part of the St. Croix Valley Executive Leadership Team providing strategic HR support and partnership to HealthPartners'' Stillwater and western Wisconsin hospitals. The Vice President provides comprehensive leadership, overall direction and planning of Human Resources across Regions Hospital, RHSC and Capitol View Transitional Care Center and is responsible for directing the Compensation, Benefits, Diversity, Organizational Development, Leadership and Staff Development, Employee and Labor Relations and Compliance, Workforce Planning and the HR Service Center as well as business and technology planning that positions Regions Hospital as the hospital of choice for employees. This role will interface with inpatient, outpatient and specialty services to assure human resources needs are met. The VP of HR develops, recommends, supports and implements human resource strategies that align with both HealthPartners and Regions Hospital business interests and operations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field Seven (7) years of progressive human resources experience in a leadership HR management experience with 2 years working within an organization that is part of a larger corporation requiring attention to both global and local needs.
