We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and high qualified Nurse who will support Special Education students across the charter network. AnthroMed is searching for Nurses to provide services to students with various needs across K-8th grade. QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree in Nursing requiredExperience evaluating elementary students in K-8th gradeMust possess CPR CertificationProof of vaccination for Covid-19 requiredPEL with School Nurse endorsement Duties of Certified School NursePartner with Case Manager to facilitate and lead 504 meetingsAssist in screening and follow up for vision, hearing, and physical deficitsProvide first aid, emergency care, and illness services to staff and students Certified School Nurse will be responsible for assessments, making referrals for treatment, and ensuring proper documentation is maintainedWork with parents/guardians to maintain updated medical documentation for 504 plans.Partner with Health Services Nurse to ensure IEPs are completed and implemented.
