They will serve as a point of contact with partners and are responsible for their satisfaction. They are also responsible for developing and executing online strategies to help our partners drive more business. The position touches on local listings management, review management, content posting, and search engine optimization for partners'' sites. With a hands-on approach, they also focus on bettering processes for these tasks and looking for strategy opportunities for our partners and the network. The individual decisions and actions of a Partner Success Specialist at ChoiceLocal adds up to the health and potential for growth of the business. Partner Success Specialists have a large responsibility to themselves, their team, and above all else, the partners who trust them with their success.Responsibilities:Executes and follows project initiatives, adjusts personal workflow, assigns project priority, tracks progress, and provides analysis.*Analyzes data to maintain partner success by utilizing performance reports to identify areas of improvement in the program. *Researches and evaluates new market technologies and keeps abreast of industry news.*Follows strategies on company search engine optimization best practices.*Identifies new digital marketing techniques, tests those strategies in a structured way, and teaches team members about their results.*Independently foster strong relationships with all assigned partners by serving as their main point of contact for the franchise.*Communicate monthly reporting recaps to partners to show strong digital marketing results*Identify and demonstrate new opportunities for growth for all assigned partners.*Independently and autonomously complete tasks assigned from Basecamp.*Maintain partner revenue, program success, and satisfaction by checking program performance at least twice a month for all partners using Google Analytics and other KPIs, creating an intervention plan for underperforming locations, completing strategic tasks, including, but not limited to: on-site and off-site optimizations, content creation, local listings management, Google Business Profile optimizations, and Google Search Console audits.*Provide amazing customer service by making genuine personal relationships where appropriate with partners, always look out in their best interest and reject any course of action that would lead to sub-standard results for them.*Performs other duties as assigned.*Essential DutyQualifications:Experience with Google AnalyticsExperience with CMSCan-do attitude is a must!Excited to learn as much as possible about digital marketingPrior experience in customer serviceExperience with Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile is preferredLanguage Ability:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Math Ability:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
