HR & Safety Coordinator

This HR & Safety Coordinator role is direct hire and offers a pay range of $20 to $25 per hour. In this role, you''ll assist in the administration of various HR and Safety functions by applying general knowledge of HR and Safety system processes and procedures. Some of your projects you maintain include accident reduction programs, regulatory compliance, employee wellness programs, and safety training. Some of your responsibilities include the following: Obtains overall knowledge, management, and implementation of internal safety programs and regulatory complianceProcess human resource documentationAssist in the coordination of the employee benefit programAssist in pre-employment screening, applicant assessments and employment verificationsEnsure training and documentation is maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulationsParticipate in the accident investigation processHR & Safety Coordinator Requirements Associate degreeAt least 2 years of relevant experienceAbility to communicate with several levels of professionals within the organizationStrong understanding of HR and safety functions
