Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent for direct-hire! The annual salary is $75-95k per year. Our client is a well established design general contractor specializing in big box retail construction builds in South Wisconsin. Duties: -Supervise sub-contractor trades on projects to ensure completion of work -Complete all project documentation to support work completion. -Oversee the performance of project carpentry requirements, fixture installation and site work, -Produce detailed progress reports daily Benefits include M/D/V, 401k, PTO.
