Customer Service Technical Support

Located in Hadley with annual salary of $50, 000. In this role, you''ll work daily with clients who have a range of technical questions. You''ll use your broad systems knowledge and tech skills to walk clients through a series of sometimes complex troubleshooting steps to arrive at the desired outcome. Your role is key to overall client satisfaction and is an important part of their client retention plan. In addition to your customer service tasks, you''ll also help with accounts receivable collections and with Salesforce maintenance.
