Project Manager

Trillium construction is now seeking a Project Manager / Estimator in the Greater Milwaukee area! The Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for estimating and project management of both cast stone and large panel projects. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers is a key component of this position. Responsibilities also include purchasing of materials and hiring of subcontractors for all assigned projects. The Estimator/Project Manager is a decisive and energetic professional with an enthusiastic attitude. This is a first shift full time position. This is a Direct Hire and we offer a benefit package. Pay is $60-90k/year DOE, no per diem. Qualifications• 2-5+ year experience in Project Management • Customer service exp • Multiple crew leadership • Estimating exp • Computer/smartphone skilled • Utilize Microsoft office • Safety training and development on site • Project schedules and forecast • Experience in precast concrete a plus Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
