Our teams operate at the intersection of wireless, data analytics, AI and the cloud to create something state-of-the-art, radically original and truly unlike what anyone else can.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDISH Wireless is seeking a Legal Project Specialist who is passionate about our business and interested in working closely with our wireless legal and business teams to change the way the world communicates. This role will provide legal administrative support to DISH Wireless and will have the ability to contribute directly to the future growth of DISH Wireless. Assist DISH Wireless real estate attorneys in identifying and routing lease submissions Assist DISH Wireless real estate attorneys with routine leasing functions as necessary Manage intake of real estate projects from internal stakeholders; ensure such requests are clear and include complete supporting documentation Monitor and communicate status updates of legal review; assist attorneys in routing final documents for execution Maintain and update lease activities in project tracking toolsReview and pre-flag underlying leasing documents for issues Perform lease audits Resolve discrepancies in lease language Special projects as needed Skills, Experience and Requirements Bachelor''s Degree, or 3 years'' equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, real estate Demonstrated ability to work independently Review, understand and communicate Lease requirements to stakeholders Strong attention to detail, excellent follow through Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills required Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Salary RangeCompensation: $49,000.00/Year - $71,000.00/Year BenefitsFrom versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website .Employment is contingent on Successful completion of a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
