You empower the world to invest fearlessly by leading a customer obsessed team of engineers to develop innovative and delightful features that power firms across the wealth management industry.ResponsibilitiesLeads a high performing engineering team to predictably deliver at a high velocity in a continuous deployment model.Creates an environment of psychological safety to facilitate their team''s success.Develops an elite team through recruiting, hiring, retention, coaching, and mentorship. Provides effective and constructive feedback.
