6219BRTitle:Marketing Manager, Marketing GeneralJob Description:Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and managing the departments marketing strategies across multiple channels including email, social media, search and mobile apps to grow revenue. This position will develop and implement marketing materials and promotional campaigns including campaign tracking/reporting. Other responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, formulating budgets, media strategy and buying and managing parking inventory through a third-party sales partner. Responsible for collaborating with sales, operations, marketing and other stakeholders to measure performance and provide insights and recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a marketing and sales strategy aligned with company objectives focused on revenue growthCoordinate and work with website developer to compliment marketing strategyPlan, develop and execute email and paid digital marketing campaigns, monitor and report campaign deliverability, performance, customer engagement, sender reputation, and ROI.Assist in establishing and managing marketing/sales budgetActively plan, manage and evaluate marketing initiativesBuild and manage segments and segmentation programs through various digital marketing platforms, understand how various platforms interface with one another, and understand every data sources structure, traits, and best usage for marketing campaigns.Develop effective creative briefs that include campaign objectives and strategic messagingResearch and prospect new third party monthly parking sales opportunities in the market.Track and organize leads; Assist with developing proposals.Develop and manage strategic partnerships with area event organizers to include proposal and presentation development for co-branded marketing.Identify best practices, trends, competitive practices, and the latest technologies to improve business operations, customer engagement, sales, etc.Monitor incoming responses from email and social communications and paid digital marketing advertisements and follow up as necessaryCreate reports and presentations on a regular and ad hoc basis for business area stakeholders and senior leadershipManages online availability of parking inventory through third party sales partnerDesign and build dashboards promoting a self-service analytics environment for us by business area stakeholdersSupplemental Job FunctionsPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelors degree in advertising, marketing, business, communications or related field; minimum 3-5 years related experience ( Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work).Experience with search engine marketing, pay-per-click advertising (Google Adwords/Bling Ads) social media management.Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards.Experience with digital marketing tools.Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, HTML and CSS.Excellent multi-tasking ability.Team player mentality.Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Highly self-motivated individual with superior attention to detail and a desire to deliver exceptional results for business objectives.Working ConditionsIrregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysExposure to moderate noise levelFrequent visual/auditory attentionReq Number:6219BRCity:DetroitFunctional Area:MarketingState:MichiganPosted Job Title:Marketing ManagerBusiness Unit:Olympia Development
