Educate other team members including nurses and providers in GYN procedures and best practices. Other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequires active NYS Registered Nurse license. The ability to demonstrate teamwork and effective interpersonal relations skills is imperative. Excellent written/oral communication and computer skills are required. Current CPR certification and experience working in community-based health care settings is also preferred. Experience working in GYN clinic is preferred, but not required. Experience with OB/GYN in an outpatient setting is desired. Previous experience with an Electronic Health Record is desired. Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Occasionally the employee must stoop, bend and lift or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
