Patient Transporter Radiology Full Time Rotate

Summary Transports patients to and from the Radiology Department. Is responsible for the proper transportation and safety of the patient. Is under the general guidance of the Radiology floor supervisor/ Lead Technologist. Is expected to treat all patients with dignity and respect. May be given some file clerk duties if deemed necessary by the supervisor/ lead technologist/ May be exposed to radiation and a variety of diseases. Qualifications:Education Required: High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be able to lift and transfer patients independently. Must be able to speak and read English. Must be able to walk throughout the hospital LI-JP2 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
