Senior Project Manager

Our client is a growing plumbing company specializing in commercial new construction, TI, and service! They are now hiring a SR. Project Manager/Estimator for the Los Angeles, CA area. This will be a direct-hire opportunity with full benefits including medical benefits, company matched 401(k), life insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay, company car or car allowance, company paid cell phone and lap top! Base salary is $130K+ DOE! Duties: -Estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration and project management. -Build relationships with new and prospect customers -Generate new sales and respond appropriately and promptly to customer concerns and issues -Run roughly 20 jobs at a time, jobs last about 2-3 months If interested, please apply today!
