Community Health Centers of Burlington is seeking full time, part time, and per diem Registered Nurses to join the team at Riverside Health Center in Burlington and GoodHEALTH Internal Medicine in South Burlington. Registered Nurses facilitate patient care activities and patient flow and are responsible for assisting with patient triage, patient care documentation and being an integral part of the clinical team.
