Petroleum Service Technician

Job Overview:The primary function of the Petroleum Service Technician is to service existing fuel dispensers, POS systems and underground submersible systems.Essential Job Functions:Troubleshoot and repair petroleum dispensing systemsProvide technical support in the fieldPerform repairs and software upgraded on existing POS systemsPerform service calls on an after-hours basisUnderstand and comply with all State and Federal regulationsProper safety and incident reporting procedures are followedRead and interpret safety/employment manuals and other work-related documentsWork extended hours out doors in varying weather conditionsFollow written and verbal instructionsFollows company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policiesGood interpersonal and leadership skillsAble to handle high stress situations and a decision makerRegular and reliable attendanceAble to lift 80 pounds of necessary equipment; Able to push and pull 75 pounds.
