Maintenance Control Technician with Security Clearance

Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology is Hiring! Maintenance Control Technician Full Time - Immediate Start Point Mugu, CA Summary: Serves as Maintenance Management Specialist/Control Technician proving quality assurance, support, management, guidance and assistance to commodity or program manager. Coordinates with maintenance personnel and oversees efforts as related to preventive or routine maintenance and material management. Analyses maintenance management programs, policies, procedures, and provides direct feedback to program management efforts in order to improve functions, equipment, and materials. Other duties include: * Must be able to manage, support or work on related maintenance production efforts* Responsible for ensuring preventive or routine maintenance is completed in a safe, timely, and professional manner* Provides consistent quality control, customer service, and ensures successful project execution* Provides input on training and development as it pertains to resources, personnel, and operational functions* Ensures the proper functioning of the field maintenance subsystem of the Marine Corps Integrated Maintenance Management System (MIMMS) Minimum Qualifications: * 5 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Maintenance Control* Must have knowledge of avionics systems* Familiarity with FAA regulations and able to apply all safety protocols* Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills* Active clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Desired experience as a Quality Assurance Representative (QaR)* Excellent verbal and written communication* Familiarity or certification in Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) Benefits We Have to Offer: * Health, Dental, and Vision* Disability & Life Insurance* 401K Retirement Plan* PTO and Paid Holidays* Tuition Assistance* Competitive salary based on experience and technical qualifications Travel Required: Occasional Job ID: MXCTRLMUGU072022
