JOB DESCRIPTION - Tax ManagerOur client is actively seeking a Tax Manager to lead and develop one of their tax teams! What is needed in this role: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA with blend of public/private, Big 4 preferredProven track record in tax area within public accounting and/or the corporate tax sideAt least 1 year experience leading or supervising tax teamsStrong communication, both oral and writtenAbility to work in a very fast-paced environmentSharp analytical skillsOther responsibilities (Overview): Prepare and review presentation decks to senior managementManage day to day tax accounting operationsSupervise and review work of tax accounting staffManage year end audit and ensure proper supporting schedules for external auditorsAssist in due diligence for potential acquisitionsLead continuous process improvementUpdate and implement internal controls and policies and proceduresManage regulatory reporting and tax filingsWhat can you expect?
