Join our fantastic team today!Location: This position will work in a hybrid model with both work from home (remote) days on each Monday and Friday, as well as on-site days at the West Des Moines, IA office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Zirous offers a flexible schedule so that you can work to meet business needs and your personal needs.What You''ll Be DoingAs the Digital Marketing Manager on our Marketing Technology team, you''ll collaborate with our certified implementation consultants as they implement various marketing technologies from marketing automation, CRM, CDP, analytics, webinar, event management and middleware systems to aid clients in leveraging the technology to drive business outcomes. This role will be a player-coach role whereby you work with clients on projects to implement marketing technology as well as be a resource for technical and junior consultants to drive forward our value proposition for clients. This role will also collaborate with practice leadership and auxiliary functions (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to meet business objectives and create strategy for the practice in the areas of people, process and technology.Key areas of focus include:PeopleUnderstanding the client''s channel management strategy and tech stack (big picture) while making recommendations on how to best utilize the technology, people and processes in place at clients to achieve the integrated campaigns with optimal outcomes. This could include modifications of processes and training client staff members to increase success outcomes.Direct collaboration with clients virtually for workshops, training sessions and campaign strategy sessions. While at the same time training our consultants to help them deliver more value in future sessions.Assist in developing training materials and programs for new hires to get them certified in the technologies that we support.Utilize training sessions, one-on-one meetings and group meetings to support the development and maturity of our existing consultants as they increase their expertise in technology products and our internal team processes.Ensure the productivity of our teams through employee development, project management and improved processes to ensure projects come in on time and on budget.Maximize the effective rate of our projects by increasing efficiency of our teams.ProcessWork with clients (and our implementation consultants) to gather requirements and translate business needs into the technical execution of campaigns through our automation platforms.Subject matter expert to help clients and our consultants on user experience and customer journey best practices.Detailing best practices with it comes to lead nurturing and scoring for clients and our internal consultants.Assisting clients with business processes and strategies as leads and contacts move through the sales funnel.Provide recommendations on add-on applications (ABM/data management/events/webinars/etc) and how they can be leveraged in campaigns to drive success.Help customers and identify audience and segments to be used in campaigns.Ability to create detailed road maps and project plans to work within the overall scope of the project and translating those best practices into new processes for our team to use going forward.Help determine best practices and the right resources to get certified as we bring on new technologies.Project manage complex engagements to support our consultants by laying out right roadmap with customers, assisting with customer communications, handling customer escalations and keeping projects on track.TechnologyWorking knowledge of marketing technology tools to guide in the development and execution of marketing campaigns including campaign flow builds, emails, landing pages, forms creation as well as testing and reporting.Solid knowledge of core CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Netsuite) to understand data flows and best practices to ensure marketing and sales data are synced and correctly mapped between systems.Detailed understanding of how middleware (IaaS) platforms work to help clients and our consultants set up best practice mappings and movements to and from core technologies (ie. marketing automation) to systems without a native connector or that need ODBC or SFTP connector solutions.Evaluate new or add-on technologies for the practice to increase our value proposition to new and potential customers or to help our teams be more efficient.Ability to quickly become certified in core practice technologies and/or develop a working knowledge of our supported technologies to assist our certified customers while helping them manage their fortable working with our sales team in the pre-sales process to answer prospect questions about how the platform will drive business value, demonstrate the value of Zirous, outline our implementation process and why they (prospect) should work with us.RequirementsA BA/BS in Business/Marketing related fields or equivalent working experienceDemand generation leadership experienceExperience developing people and processes to help our practice achieve its KPIs.Project management and consulting experienceA strong desire to learn and passion for both marketing and analyticsAbility to analyze current practices and make recommendations to drive improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates and more.Well-versed in personalization tooling of the applications we support to make recommendations around the use of dynamic content, tokens, segmentations and A/B testing .Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detailExperience with multi channel, multi dimensional marketing programsAbility to clearly explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writingStrong working knowledge (ideally 5+ years) of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics/Netsuite preferred).Knowledge of integration best practicesStrong ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teamsAdvanced presentation skills and comfortable working with senior leaders.Strong knowledge of email and digital marketingAttention to detail in everything that you doAccustomed to working in fast-changing or evolving environmentsExperience working in a B2B environment and/or hybrid B2B/B2C environmentsKnowledge and experience with opt-in, unsubscribe and consent & preferences best practices.Experience with HTML,
