Maintenance Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a 1st shift Maintenance Technician in Columbus! This Direct-Hire opportunity is open to candidates with minimal experience to experts. Candidates will report to the Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Team Leader and be responsible for maintaining and repairing all production equipment at this facility. Responsibilities: - Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition before each shift - Educate yourself on preventive maintenance procedures and schedules - Accurately document PM using appropriate task sheets - Perform all PM following equipment manuals and machine manufacturer''s guidelines - Inform the Maintenance Manager of all parts and materials used in a repair that will need to be replenished - Ensure the Maintenance Manager is aware of any major repairs that require long lead or downtime This is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM. Pay rate is $21.00 - $33.00 per hour DOE. If interested, please apply today! Qualifications- Experience with Basic Electrical DC, AC Circuit Theory, Motor Controller, Electrical Safety, Basic Hand Tools, Portable Power Tools, Basic Machining & Hand Tools, Gear and Gearbox Drive Systems, Basic Pneumatics, and Lubrication & Oil Analysis - Able to read and comprehend machine manuals and blueprints - Previous maintenance technician job experience in an industrial environment is preferred Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
