JOB SUMMARYFoundations & Endowments Specialty Practice (FESP) Account Specialist is an entry level client service teammate providing consistent, high quality account administration support for Trust and investment advisory relationships with not for profit (NFP) organization clients. They partner with an FESP Client Manager and/or FESP Account Manager to ensure the daily administration needs of client relationships are met. The position is very data entry and defined process driven.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServe as Account Specialist and provide high quality account administration support for FESP Team clients. Administration includes client contact, cash processing, account openings and closings, account maintenance, risk & compliance support, and reporting. Partner with one or more FESP Client Managers and/or FESP Account Managers to meet and exceed client needs and objectives. Some complex administration tasks will be at the direction of the FESP Client Manager and/or Account Manager and other tasks will be handled independently.Respond to client and teammate requests timely and with high attention to detail and data accuracy.Will coordinate directly with Operations partners and submit requests accurately through defined processes and systems. May additionally interact with auditors and external vendors as it relates to client relationship administration.Manage risk, compliance, and expense control by following defined procedures, processes, and minimize operating losses. Adhere to appropriate document and record retention processes.Participate in projects and other initiatives as requested.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
