Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor

This is a full-time position focusing on strong Pelvic Floor skills combining with holistic care. The Physical Therapist will be treating both Pelvic Health diagnoses and outpatient diagnoses. Responsibilities of the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Provide quality Pelvic Floor physical therapy servicesEvaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities. Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence. Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client''s level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge. Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client''s progress toward mutually agreed-upon goals. Requirements of the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Minimum 12 months experience as a PTValid Virginia state PT License Degree from PT Accredited College Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team settingProvide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude Preferred Qualifications6 months experience working as a Pelvic PT with at least a 50% case load treating pelvic health diagnosesCompletion of either Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health PT level 1 course, and Herman and Wallace level 2B or APTA Pelvic Health PT level 2 (pelvic pain)Board Certification from APTA in an area of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy pensation Based on ExperiencemyPTsolutions is a therapist-owned staffing company, specializing in placing Physical & Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in permanent jobs across the United States.
