The right candidate will have automotive service advisor experience and a valid driver''s license. Communication skills must be top notch, including in-person, over the phone, or via email/ digital platforms. Time management for updating customers as well as completion of repairs is paramount to maintaining customer relationships and trust, therefore highly valued. Other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid insurable driver''s license & clean driving recordAccredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality controlAutomotive service advisor experience preferred Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptionsMultitasking skillsProficient use of computers/business machinesMust be 18 years of age, have a valid and insurable driver''s license.
